a mention of a Lt.Col.R.C.H.Hart and another reference, referring to a
book written on the Cambridge Schools - The
eminently readable text recalls the fun, the pathos and exuberance
associated with young people at Cambridge over the past 125 years.
Especially touching is the recollection of the headmaster, Capt R C H Hart
(1936-1943), who gave so much of himself to the school and who simply
could not continue and retired after the death of his wife. This
particular vignette fittingly epitomises the schools motto and the books
title, Non Vobis - not for ourselves. $
